  1. Been there a few times and felt like I was dying. Take some Midol or some sort of cramp pills , and lie down for awhile to ease the pain. Try using a heating pad which could help ease the pain. It'll pass after a day or two so hang in there. I'm sure every girl has been there before.

  2. take buscopan and paracetamol. buscopan is an antispasmodic, it works fast. Go to your gp and ask for ponstan forte also. rest and hot water bottle

  3. that used to happen 2 my sister  she used too miss a day of school ! as for me that happened after i recieved the gardasil shot

  4. go see a lady doctor

  5. You vomited from the pain. Don't worry. If you're unsure, go see a doctor.

  6. You probably just have a low tolerance to pain. Iam the same way.  When i used to get very painful cramps I would vomit a couple times.

Take some ibprofin to ease the cramping.  Or actually, any muscle relaxer should do.....

    good luck.

  7. Ive bever had vomiting with my period.  Try taking to your doctor

  8. I always get nauseous during mine-  Well really the week before, after and during. I've had that problem for the past 10 years. My doctor told me that it is normal to feel sick like that, He said it just had to do with the way your body reacts to the surges of hormones.   I have sadly just learned to accept it, its pretty much just like really bad morning sickness, only without being pregnant!

  9. Yes mine is exactly what your describing

  10. I use to get really bad periods I never puked from one but my Dr put me on birth control pills. They help. You should talk to your Dr. about it.

  11. yea the same thing happens to me..

and its been happening since i was 12

i usually take iBuprofen (prescription from the doctor) like 2days b4 my period starts..and i keep some in my purse

b/c without it i feel like im dying slowly inside..lol

    oh

    ps

i dont use midol or over the counter medicine it doesnt work for me

  12. no this is not normal. you should get this checked out, soon. one of my friends died from this.

  13. Could be dysmenorrhoea, which is quite painful, but not necessarily cause for alarm.  However, especially if this is the first such abnormal period, seeing a gynecologist would be the best choice.  Especially if other symptoms, like bleeding or pain between periods, start to show.

Simple primary dysmenorrhoea can be treated, usually effectively, with simple pain meds like Tylenol or Ibuprofen.  Sometimes, though, it can be a symptom of a more serious underlying problem, in which case seeing a doctor is imperative.

  14. I get really awfull period pains, I have never vomitted before but sometimes I get close to fainting and I can't even walk. There are some special pills for period pains which you can get from your doctor. Its called mefanamic acid and thats what I use. They really help. Or you can just take a paracetamol or nurofen and lie down in front of the tv with a hot water bottle. Good luck, its really horrid so I hope you get better soon. xx

  15. Don't worry, this has happened to my friend. Its just down to luck to be honest :(  Go to your doctor, you can get great pills that help with period pains and how light/heavy your flow is. Going on 'The Pill' is also another option. It dosent just work if you are sexually active, but for period controll too. It's what my friend has done. Hope i help

  16. Periods are Satanic, dear sister. We women must all experience one time or another.

  17. you're  wrong I have the same problem in my periods. but just start using magnesium 300 mg one daily and that helps you a lot believe me
