what kind of insurance would i have to have for the vespa ..and how much would the average cost of that be? ..i live in the state of california

I haven't even heard of Vespa Insurance. It must be a Cali. Thing. Check out http://www.ambest.com to check out that insurance company's ratings. This being said, I can't even tell you the cost of insurance because I don't know the insurance company, type of insurance you are looking for (car, home, renters, life, dental etc.), vehicle make or model, type of coverage, driving record, credit information etc...
