Question:

Vespa security?

I'm going to go to college in a year, and I want to start to drive, and I want to drive a Vespa... but I live in the projects. When I told my mom and brother, they basically freaked out on me like "are you crazy!?" and I really don't know what to do.

Is there some way that I can own a vespa without unruly gangsters and thugs stealing it or taking it apart for parts?

  1. vespa security...

oxymorons for one hundred, please. Alex?

  2. No, probably not. They are lightweight, and of course chains can be cut or broken quite easily, (as well as locks.) Yea, there the parking security for one. Then there is the while rolling security. Friend of a friend had his vespa jacked by drunk bikers. He was helpless against them. He had to walk a long way home. It sucks, but vespa makes you a target. I also doubt vespa would be safe on campus. you should maybe be worried about fraternities and other...."awsome dudes" on campus, never mind thugs and unruly g's at home.

  3. not unless you carry it around with you all the time...they're cheap and easily distroyed.

  4. Since the waiting list eight months long.

That will give you time to find a garage.

If you park it at school, someone will pick it up,

throw it in their van, and go.
