I don't really get this question.marriage has its good sides and its bad.whatever ethnicity they are, it shouldn't matter what she is what should matter most to you is that you love her and she loves you.I mean for goodness sake its not like shopping for a car

Don't get into marriage immediately before you have known her well.  If you live in the usa, you got to know that divorce is very expensive and may make you go for bankrupcy. Though, I think vietnames women, generally speaking, may not be a bad choice.  

In the old day, some of my relatives who lived in different part of the world married the chinese women who were born in vietnam.   It seemed that they were good wives.  For native vietnames women, I have no idea.

I suggest you stay there for a few months for a close observation.  It is a big decision, you got to be very careful.
