Virgin VM-500 problems still

I have tried your solutions but am still having trouble. I think the problem is in where the songs are supposed to be downloaded to in the VM-500.

I have tried both WMP10 and Media Monkey and both report a succesful sync, but the VM-500 still reports "No songs found".

The drive on the VM-500 seems to work fine and I can view it in Windows Explorer. Can you tell me where the mp3 files are supposed to appear in the VM-500.
