  1. On my opinion, to keep ur pc security,

a good custom security suite best combo:

    kaspersky internet secrity

    Spyware Doctor

    All in one cleaner

    Hope these info can help

    Good luck

  2. Get AVG it's free and good

  3. download a free scan to find out what kind of spyware you have:

  4. Hi

It's a hacker in your system.

Click on Alt+Control+Delete at the same time and windows task manager will appear.

    Click on the Processes Button.

Make sure you are not running any programs at all except the Windows Task Manager.

    Close everything!!

Now I want you to scroll down the list.

In the Third Column you will see CPU.

Look and see which one of the figures are moving at a rapid or high rate...around 34...66...23...15...77...continuously.

The only figures that should be in fluctuating high motion

    1. taskmgr.exe

    2. System Idle Process

    and

    explorer.exe

    iexplore.exe

If you see any other program fluctuating rapidly, its most likely the hacker who is tapping in your computer.

You can end the process yourself or download

Spyware Terminator to get rid of the spyware.

    Its Free

  5. It's a popup.  There's probably a link for a free scan, which will show you imaginary problems, in an attempt to sell you software.

You see it again, click off it.  You might also want to go into Tools in your browser, to block the specific sight.

  6. Well, heres some advice. If it is a window and has a valid title at the top (i.e. the publisher or a vaild program name) than it is  a safe and mess age and you can trust. if that's the case, get Vundofix, avast antivirus set up, and whatever antivirus you can find. Start running scans and make sure you dont open or download any files until YOU KNOW THEY ARE LEGIT. If you find it, you are lucky, delete the virus and it's done. If you can't, contact techsupport or a local tech group to help. If it changed your desktop image than it is most certainly the virus that is causing it to say YOU HAVE ADWARE or something like that, because the same exact thing has happened to me. Stay calm, do a couple scans, find it, delete it. If you submitted your email to get the file you downloaded that brought the virus block that user and mark as spam. set spam to empty on contact with spam mail. Go to control panel, then display, than desktop. change the image to what ever you like. Take note of the virus image name as it has the root of the name of the entire virus set. run a scan of the whatever seems to be the root of the word. (in my case the image was ctfmonb, and the root was  ctfmon)  if it is integrated into windows 32, dont s***w with taht at all, otherwise delete away. as to how to delete the integrated viruses, that is beyond my expertise.

    good luck,

    Jon

  7. hey i reccomend getting a real good antivirus...i know they are expensive but its worth it instead of going to a computer repair shop and paying more than a $100
