Visa AND PASSPORT?

i hold two passports. my first one belongs to the country where i was born and the second belongs to where i currently live. on the first i have a valid USA visa,but the passport just expired,according to my embassy it can only be renewed back at home and in person. i am working and unable to travel back home for few weeks. the problem is i have a business trip to the US in a month ,can i i transfer my visa into my other passport?

In addition, the visa itself is tied to that specific passport. You will need to apply for a new visa for your other passport.
