Visiting san miguel guanajuato?

what airport is closest to san miguel and how would i get there? is it a good place to go visit?

San Miguel de Allende Gto, is a  spanish colonial city with an explendid climate and a lot of tourism, there is also a big USA expats community, so its maybe the only place on all Mexico that celebrates St Patrick day!! is fun for the young but never to big of a party like a beach resort so if you are looking for peace and quite is also a good place.

The nearest Airport is the one at Leon Guanajuato or Bajío Airport, You should take land transportation after that.

dont think theres one there maybe from leon you should go to expedia.com or cheaptickets.com to look up the tickets.i think it will be very fun and very nice and calming to go.!!!

The nearest Airport is the one at Leon, Guanajuato "Bajío Airport International" almost 3 1/2 hours from San Miguel - visit Guanajuato city too, is a excelent place to vacation and living.
