  1. To the U.S.?  She needs to apply for a B-2 tourist visa through the u.S. Embassy there.  You can write a letter for her to carry to her interview explaining that you are inviting her, she will stay with you, and you will be responsible for her expenses.  Give your full I.D., address, approx. dates of her visit.  This certainly does NOT guarantee that the visa will be granted...but they like to have it.  You can see the site below to read the instructions she will have to follow.  If she has internet access, she can go to the site, follow instructions, fill out and print out the forms, contact embassy and make an appointment.  The BIG thing the visa officer wants to see at the interview is convincing evidence that she has close ties to her home and will definetly return after her visit.

  2. She gonna have hard time. They limit is 20 b2 visas every day. Tell her to go very early possible with all documents like income tax and your letter. If they think she deserves the honor to visit EUA, of course.

  3. Please state what country you are in. I know it isn't the US as any letter sent by you is inadmissible per the US State Department.
