Vista ? About picture folders....?

In "my Pictures" my folders and tiles used to show the pic. without having to open them, now it's just a folder or a generic vista picture. It makes it really tough when I'm browsing and I can't find the setting to switch it back. Please help!

Left click>view> and then choose which setting you wanted such as large icons, medium icons, small icons and so on.

In My Pictures, choose View, then Thumbnails.
