  1. how much ram you got? If less than 2 Gb you pushing daisy's

  2. get rid of vista - its ****, get windows XP its much better

  3. if your ram is corrupted than you can just change that... buy a new card at the store... if its something else like your boot device you might need format your computer try to make a new partition or something...

  4. Technical support will ask for the serial number and the exact version of the computer you have. They will take you through a system reboot that takes less than 15 minutes. But since they talk like robots even though they're humans, it will take a little longer. They will try to confuse you when you call redirecting you to the wrong people and such. Just listen to all your otions before you press a button on the phone. This will lessen the chance of waiting on hold for the wrong people

  5. RAM doesn't get corrupted.  It can go bad, but not corrupted.  Most likely it is your hard drive that is corrupted.

If this is a thinkpad, you can hit the blue think button when you turn on the computer and boot into recovery mode which should all you to do a repair of the system.

You can also run a test from there that will test the RAM for errors.

  6. Hi! Need more information from you. If you are using HP or Dell, etc., I suggest that you call their technical support for help.
