okay so im eating nutrilite double x and it was opened a few months a go

anyways, i wana know if it goes bad becuase my mom wanted to throw it away becuase she said it was opened too long

does it actually get bad when u open it and air goes in it?

and does it happen to any other vitamins

the exp date is actually really december

im skared cuz iu wana eat it to gert healthy but i dun wana get sick kuz of it!!!!!!!!

If you wanna really play safe, just throw it away and buy another one.
