Vizio GV46L occationally displays blue outlines

Question

Occationally a thin blue vertical line appears on the left side of the screen and spreads blue outlines on the pictures of the screen. Sometimes it goes away itself or we need to turn it off for couple of minutes then it disappears.Any solution? It is out of warranty.
