i'm not talking about madonna's "vogue" but this sort of voguing: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=s_Mi5l1St...http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sMywJf-OH...http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=okr-sMtAt...how the h**l do they do that? they fall backwards and then jump back up again and they arent even short of breath or anything, they just carry on!and in the 2nd & 3rd video where the girls "bounce" on the spot...i cant even do that for 3 seconds as my legs get really tired, would you have to do alot of squats before hand or something and work out in the gym to achieve some muscle before doing this type of dance? thanks in advance!
