  1. Active Ankle T2's are amazing ankle braces! For the shoes..asics gel rocket 3's or adidas climacool.

  2. You won't go wrong with Mizuno volleyball shoes, and Active Ankle T2.

  3. Mizunos all the way!!

    =)

  4. aasics have overall the best brand. they have amazing ankle support. go to volleyball.com to see all the diff. variaties

  5. Mizuno Spike Wave 10 volleyball shoes, used em everytime im on the court and never fail to have good grip, very light. there the shoes that spry uses ( club national winners almost every year ) so its a shoe you can trust is good. also get some active ankle braces since you have ankle problems, do that and your fine.

  6. First for ur ankles i suggest active-ankle but some ppl have found studies that it puts pressure on ur knees and ruins them and gives u get higher chance of hurting ur knees so idk. you could try wearing them only at tournaments or w/e works for u. Taping ur ankles for 1 wont help and 2 its annoying and 3 its stupid and unnessisary so i dont suggest it. For the ankles i can only suggest 1 more thing and that is whenever u r playing keep ur ankles stiff dont let loose, keep them tight (muscularly and bone wise) so like someone can flex their arms do it but with ur ankles at all times as much as possible and especially when u jump for a hit, set or block, make sure their stiff when ur landing to reduce the risk of injury. Also practice making ur ankles strong- place ur feet flat on the floor(stand up so u get more weight on them) then push up until ur on your tippy toes then go back down. repeat over and over slowly and it strengthens ur ankles. good thing is u can do it while standing in line for something, takeing a shower, etc.  for the shoes- its best to get volleyball shoes. there r companies that make specific shoes for vball and they do cost a lot. but u would have to order them online from a sports shoe store and it will be expensive. otherwise if ur just going to the mall or something the best ull probebly find will be multicourt shoes bc every other shoe isnt good at all for volleyball courts and w/e u do DO NOT GET BASKETBALL SHOES!!!!!! they arent good at all so dont even think of getting them. But over all for ur sittuation the best think to do would be order online from a very good sport shoes store. first get (if u can find) vball shoes, if not get multicourt shoes. sometimes on the online stores u can even ask for specific shoes like shoes for vball that support the ankles, etc.srry its so long but HOPE IT HELPS!!! =]

  7. I play club, too! I personally love Mizuno's and Asics. I also have very weak ankles. Ankle braces are a must! If you don't have them, you definately should buy them. They are an amazing support for my ankles! Active Ankle is the brand to by for braces! Hope this helps!

  8. adidas climacool baby!!!!

  9. sports authority or sports chalet have them, they work for me, and i got weak ankles

  10. I always always always wear Mizunos

  11. I would definetely go with any mizuno's. they are lighter than asics. asics tend to have a heavier gum sole. for your ankles, i agree with SISI. you are babying your ankles with all that gear. that's why they'll continue to stay weak. build up your strength in your ankles. only wear ankle braces when you really need to.

  12. i love adidas.

i actually just got a light blue pair in like two days ago.

and they are really great. i had the same pair in black and they lasted through 2 seasons so they are really good =]

but mizunos are also good. ive had 3 pair of mizunos and i liked them a lot too.

and if you want to buy them over the internet, i suggest volleyhut.com
