Vomiting infront of kids?

What would you do if you know your going to vomit and your with your kids?

IN the car- Stick your head out the window

In a mall- run to the nearest plant or garbage

at home- if you cant make it to the bathroom, turn the other way and do it behind something.

just vomit they will get over it. what u want to swallow it  so ur kids dont see. everyone vomits every once in a while either there sick hungover drunk pregnant bulimic it just happens so dont be such a sissy

oh... i would not know what i would do... hopefully there will be a bathroom near by and my daughter can stand outside the stall with my son (if i was in public) and at home she can just go to her room. thankfully they are far enough in age that she can be a big help.

I'm a major cry baby. My kids have walked in when I had a stomach virus, leaning over the toilet sick as a dog, crying my eyes out. LOL

They just said something like, "ewe," and "ohmygosh gross" and walked out.

No big deal- we all get sick.

try and get to a toilet or bucket. With kids or without is the same reaction

Just do it.  It might freak them out a little but you'll just have to reasure them that your ok.  

My friends 4 year old daughter saw her do it when she had a bad stomache problem and her little girl said it was red and she was really scared but we got her through it.

I would throw up!  As long as you did not stick your finger down your throat, it is legitimate to vomit.  It might scare them for a second ut then they will know that you are okay.

Its great practice just to go ahead and do it. Epecially if your doing it for all the right reasons like bulemia, etc. If your kids are chunky, especially a chunky girl, you could set her on the right track from the very begining. Explain to her why your purging and make sure she understands to carry a toothbrudh with her to avoid the bad breath.

Go vomit...seriously my boys have seen me throw up many times before.  I have gotten the flu, as have they and now being pregnant they are just use to it.  They will just run to my mom and say i am throwing up again.

well, im not an adult but i just feel like sharing an interesting story on this topic...

we were on our way home from cedar point and it was like 2 in the morning.  my friend and i (both 15) were in the backseat and  right after we got off the turnpike my mom puked.  it was disgusting.  so it was all over her car and she still had to drive home in it

i dont think there is much a parent can do if they are going to vomit but if i were in that situation, i would try to do it somewhere that would be easy to clean up or something.

O.K. All human beings have vomited in front of kids before.  When a child is sick and vomits, guess who cleans it up?  MOM! So when a mom pukes, guess who cleans it up?  MOM  So in all fairness it's not a big deal.  It's a part of life and it happens!

if it was in front of my kids i wouldn't even care much. it happens to everyone.
