W.O.W different language?

The question doesn't really tell anything, but i have a freind who is from Germany. He made his W.O.W account in Germany and then he moved to Canada. If he bought the game in Canada, could he still use his germany account? Does the game come in different languages, or what.

He would not be able to play on the North American servers with an account from the European Servers.
