So here's the problem:My phone turned itself off then rebooted. Upon rebooting, I could no longer access messages (inbox, sent items, outbox etc etc). Whenever I tried it said "Operation Failed". So I rebooted. Didn't fix it. I took the battery and USIM out. Didn't fix it. So I turned to the internet for help.A LOT of other people have had the same problem. They recommended updating to the newest software to fix the problem. So I downloaded the Update Service. Yeah, it said my phone needed the newest software, so it downloaded it. Then it went to install it onto the phone... my phone hasn't turned on since.Now all I get is one vibration, a black screen with a backlight, and the red camera flash-light on the back of the phone. There is no splash screen. No graphics. Nothing. It sits like that with a black screen.Is there any way to reset the phone without having to get into the menu system? Because at the moment my phone won't even turn on.If that's not an option, do you have another solution to this problem?Thanks for your help.
