My back molar hurts wheneverr i bite down on crunchy food or when i brush my teeth after i eat candy when you look there is like white stuff in ther middle of my molar. but mny dentist says i dont have a cavity

  1. Your tooth may be cracked. It is common on back molars and you will probably just need a crown. Usually it takes the biting pain away.


  2. maybe you had a filling in your tooth, and you got the porcelein colored filling and it came out?
