You will get married when you are ready to be married. The only one who can arrange a marriage is your family. If it isn't arranged, then people usually get married because they love each other. Knowing your birth-date and place of birth and time isn't going to help anyone to find an answer for you. Not even a psychic or an astrologer can help you with this. This is something you will have to find out on your own.
