Lately, i have been drinking a TON of water! ALOT! I can finish 2 20oz things in about a half an hour, and i am always thirsty. Its been going on for about a week, so i just sort of forget about it, but its still there.
I am very tired sometimes, too. Even when i get tons of sleep. It bugs me. I am getting a ton of headaches too! WTF?! HELP!!!
Is it just dehydration?
