  1. basically what everyone else said - its gotta come out. its better out than stuck in there. it is probably really dry so a bath would definitly help.

  2. Oh, ha, also make sure you're relaxed, so that you're not (ahem) squeezing the tampon.

  3. get to a doc pronto and they will yank it out without pain

  4. Whether it hurts bad or not the painful truth is that it HAS to come out. It shouldn't even be left in that long!

  5. The problem may be that your flow wasn't heavy enough to fill the tampon, so it's still pretty dry. You do need to get it out though (don't freak out TSS isn't common), so you could try taking a shower, and soaking the tampon to help it slide out easier.

  6. You can take a dixie cup of water and dip the cord in and hold it there for about 5 mins. Then pour another cup full of water in where the tampon is; or just up in that direction.  That can help get it wet so it will slide out.

  7. Ive did that before it will hurt like h**l but you have to pull it out. It doesn't have to be in for 4 hours. Just long enough for it to get wet. and it will slide out easier.

  8. go see a doctor... or see someone... just get it OUT!

  9. just get into a tub it will come out easier if it soaked.

  10. Just warning you? If you leave it in much longer, you can get Toxic Shock Syndrome. I would advice seeing a doctor.

  11. oh. . .my. . .gosh. . . u shuld try to  get it wet by soaking it with water to make it easyer to pull out, and if that doesnt work. . .then ull need to go to the doc. b4 u get TSS
