Question:

WPE Pro download help?

I download it and then i unrar it. When i run WPE Pro.exe it comes up with a diagnostic message saying ! Cannot execute "C:\Users\Matt\AppData\Local\Temp\Rar$EX... 0.9a\WPE PRO.exe"

Please help.
