WWII crossword?

Hi I have a crossword and can not figure out the last one. The clue is as follows.

Secret Movements determined to overthrow the existing governmet.

There is an A as the first letter and the 5th letter is an r(I think) and including the a and r the word is 11 letters long.

It might be UNDERGROUND. Check you initial A.
