Walgreens workers only!!!?

hi, i am a new worker at walgreens i start friday. i am just curious when someone calls u and u have to transfer them. do u first put them on hold, press transfer, then what do u press. i am asking because i wanan know about the job as much as possible.

You should ask your manager as different stores will have different phone models in them. There may be different directions for each. Plus it's hard to describe how to do it in writing, it's easier if someone just shows it to you.
