Wall runs? PLEASE HELP!!!?

I cant do a wall run. For some reason I cant plant and push off of my first foot. Any suggestions?

  1. Are you taking about running up a wall like in matrix but without hte flip?

    Shoes make a huge difference and so does wall surface.

    Like skate shoes have great grip for those especially on a brick wall.

    brickwalls are the best with any shoe, very grippy.
