Want to be a manhwa translator....?

I'm in high school and I really want to become a translator for Korean manhwas when I get older! Does anyone know how that works? Are there special schools or classes you have to take? Does anyone know of any professional Korean manhwa agencies that might be interested in hiring a student (for free even?)........??? Please help!
