Want to lose weight healthily?

i am 27 yr old female...3 kids...5'2"...142 lbs. i have been watching my caloric intake and trying to walk 1-2 miles at leat 3 days per week, i have made progress considering my starting weight after 3rd child was 162, but the probelm is that i seem to be at a plateau or something. should i increase my exercising to 7 days per week or what?? i would like to get down to 130lbs to be able to start ab exercises and get my tummy back into shape :)

  1. What has happen is that your body has gone use to your exercise  so it is no longer building muscle which allows you to lose weight. You need to start doing more walking or some other type of exercise that your body isn't use to. Hope this helps!
