go to Wide horizons, they do international adoptions from a variety of countries including mexico, china, india, europe, they are based out of Waltham Mass, but do adoptions for people all over the U.S. , they are great my only brother, was adopted from Portugal with their help. Adoption is a great system, good luck !!!
