Warhammer 40k: tyranid red terror?

the red terror was not in the new tyranid codex. is it still ok to use this model using the stats from the old codex?

Yes, you can.

That depends what you mean by "OK".  There's nothing wrong with it if your opponent agrees.  But as the rules for the Red Terror were writen for 3rd Edition and as the 5th Edition is about to be released (end of June), I'd be surprised if the rules were 100% compatible.

You couldn't use it in a tournament army, however, except in a suitable "counts as" position - counting the Red Terror as something appropriate from the current codex.
