If someone has an arrest warrant, can they still get a driver's license?

  1. Most probably not especially if the warrant was for a driving violation.


  2. .   It is possible.  We want you to be a responsible member of society.  If the license gets you to work, you can have a license. Don't quit that job.

  3. Most DMV's are not set up to take suspects in to custody.   I would think though that the priority in this case would be to satisfy the warrant and then it would not be an issue.  

  4. I really doubt it! When I tried to change my License from Nv. to Ca.a warrant from 11 years ago showed up!
