Warranty on necklace?

If a jewelry company goes bankrupt (crescent) and i had a warranty on a necklace, which of course had to break now, what are the rules on that? Cuz i called and asked and they said that the warranty is voided. But why would they even let my bf purchase it if they were going bankrupt? Now all i have is a broken necklace!

  1. that's called a jewary store

  2. Well, it isn't really the company's fault that they went bankrupt. And warranties usually become void if there isn't a company for it to fall back on.

    no business = no warranty

Just take it to another jeweler. It will probably cost a lot more, however.

And...this isn't the right section for this.

But I hope my answer was helpful to you.
