Was Caylee kidnapped???

Ok maybe Im not getting something here but,Im hearing on tv that Casey Anthony said her daughter was kidnapped and her life is in danger if Casey talks, But Casey said she didnt know who has Caylee, so how would she know if the childs life was in danger? And now that the cops have blown her " the babysitter took her" out of the water, shes saying she dont know who has her. What she is not saying is WHY the child was kidnapped. The whole family is acting like the mafia took her, saying stuff like we cant say anything, if we talk Caylee will be hurt, the people that took her are being watched, So then why are they talking to the media? If the child was taken , why are they saying all that stuff on tv? if someone took your child you wouldnt say oh they are being watched. Common sense would tell you that once the kidnappers heard that they would really go into hiding. And if she was kidnapped, why arent they asking for a randsom? theres only a few reasons why a child would be taken, for ransom, a pediphile, an angry ex. or a child s*x ring. So why isnt she telling people Why this child would have been kidnapped? And if the child was kidnapped dont ya think the police would have put an amber alert out for her? just like when she finally reported her missing, 31 days later, (well actually her mom reported it) why would she start looking herself , so quietly that even her closest friends didnt even know the child was missing. something is just not right here.

Since the investigation is still going on, there are things about the case that we the public are unaware of... this could be the reason that they didn't put out an Amber Alert: maybe they have forensic evidence that she's deceased.

Personally, I think that poor Caylee is dead. I think the mother either got A.) Sick of being a mother and killed her or B.) Lost control and snapped and it was an accident. Either way, I think the mother did it, and hid the body.

The fact that she gave the police a babysitters name and that person didn't even exist, and that she led the police to the sitter's apartment and that building has been vacant for the last 8 months, suggests that she knows what really happened.

The reason she's not talking is obvious: She did it. The reason the grandparents aren't talking is because they either know she did it and are covering for her, they're in complete denial that she did it, or they somehow honestly believe what their daughter is telling them.

The mom was in her early 20s, partied, stole money from family... not a reputable person.  Like I said, I think it was most likely an accident.

Nowadays, most children who are kidnapped are used and abused before being murdered, usually during the same day they were taken. It's not weird that there wouldn't be a ransom note.

Casey hasn't spoken to anyone besides her lawyer in jail because what she says to others can be a matter of public record, so she doesn't want to let anyone know what happened. Her parents must really want to believe her, or really want to save face.

Face it: They found dirt and hair in the back of Casey's car, the smell of decomposition in the car and in the parents yard, she stole a shovel and cans of gasoline from her parents shed, and she didn't report her daughter missing for about a month. What does this add up to? The poor girl's dead.

Now obviously the mom isn't going to admitt it. There's even a possibility that she thinks she didn't do anything wrong, or even that she herself is in deep denial because she can't stand the fact that she hurt her child. Either way, you can tell by looking at her that she's completely indifferent and doesn't give a ****.

I don't mean to sound unsympathetic, but they'll find the little girls charred remains buried somewhere. Her death will probably be from blunt force trauma to the head/body or asphyxiation from strangulation or drowning.

The mother is GUILTY AS SIN. Caylee is either dead or her mother sold her or abandoned her. Poor Caylee.

I live in the area of where she lives i never knew her or the family or anything but she's on the news a lot and yes she was kiddnapped but i think the mother doe know who did it despite what she says

I think that's what is so frustrating. As a mom, there is no way you wouldn't tell those close to you that your child was kidnapped. I think she's lying and that's why it doesn't make sense.

I agree. I think she killed her and buried her body somewhere.

You heard about the shovel & the car smelling of a dead person didn't you? She borrowed a shovel, then came back with her car and pants smelling of a dead body.

That would be a big enough clue to me saying that she killed her. This case is really bizarre. I have been following it through the news. I just hope the little girl is alive and safe, and that she didn't kill her.
