Yes Courtney is home schooled. Her mother is a great teacher and a wonderful wife. And Courtney even has friends. I have seen a lot of them posting comments on Yahoo answers. Oh and by the way she says Hi. Thank you for the interest.

I'm Courtney's gramma and yes she has been home schooled all her life and reads, writes etc. at a college level.  It took her 8 months to complete her certification and will start on the next level in a couple months

I don't know about Courtney Oliver, but majority of homeschooled teens that I know started taking college classes at age 15/16 and most graduated college early. When you're homeschooled you go at your own pace and learn to be a self-motivated and self-reliant student, a lot of homeschoolers go on to do very well in college.

That's why many colleges, even Ivy League, actively recruit homeschoolers.

I was trying to find that out, too. I can't find anything on it--whether she's a public school kid who did the online vet assistant college courses or if she's actually completely finished school then did the online courses. Sometimes (often!) the media aren't very good at giving full information!
