Was that the most beautiful race???

Question

At least for me, that was truly the most beautiful race I have ever seen live...Big Brown won that with such ease.

Have you guys ever seen anything like that?

Is it just a bad field or is Big Brown that good???

I am pretty sure he's got another gear after that one, the other horses just didn't push him into it.

Desormeaux rode a great race on a great horse.  If he can keep Big Brown clear in the Belmont (the other riders might try to block him like they did to Smarty Jones), he definitely has a shot.  He seemed alert and happy at the end of the Derby so I think he can do the distance.  

When horses are tired, they start to weave back and forth and don't run straight.  Brown looked good in both races.

Big Brown is good, but the Belmount is going to be a much harder race as far as competition.  It's a mile and a half race and, hopefully, his jockey will be able to pace him and move him out at just the right time.    I think there's a good chance of having a Triple Crown Winner this year. :)

Well, there is no denying that he is a great racehorse. He did it so easily... I think we have a winner.

But I also think he had no competition, which made his win more amazing.
