Sprite! Coke damages your kidneys because of the cola bean in it and it stains your teeth. coke is just too sweet; it has a ton of sugar and caffine in it. Coke also has a gross syrup taste to it. I like to put mountain dew or lemonade in my sprite and you cant do that for coke. Also, Diet Sprite tastes much better than Diet Coke (and diet it better for you than regular). Sprite is so much more refreshing, too.

Sprite is definitely better. Coke has too much caffeine also if you drink coke too much you start to get sick of it but you will always like sprite.

That is a really difficult decision. Both are great but I would have to say coke. Although, sprite and coke are made by the same company I enjoy the taste of coke and its sugary content. I think it is great and really helps me get through the day because of the caffeine. Sprite is enjoyable too because its tangy and has a lemon taste.

Well, it depends. If it's regular Coke I would say Sprite. But if it's Diet Coke, Sprite would lose.

thats really difficult. If I had to live with just one maybe coke....but sprite is delish as well. none to good for u may I add but refreshing nonetheless!
