This video talks about the 25 self appointed power holders.  Presumably he is talking about the European Commission who are appointed by the heads of state from each member country and confirmed by the apparently powerless European Parliament.  It also neglects to say that these commissioners have term limits.

He talks about a view to create a mono-culture giving up ethnic customs, yet the EU has funded ethnic diversity and has even backed Irish becoming an official European Language. Then spews out hatred towards forced multi-culturalism which is in no way done by the EU but by the national governments.

I do agree the EU needs change it needs to become more accountable to the citizens of the member countries.  But do not get you information from a speech which gives no facts just empty rehotoric.

Oh and by the way the most powerful part of the EU is the European Council, the democratically elected heads of state or government from every member country.  Nothing and I mean nothing can be done without their approval.

Very plainly put!

It would be good to get more people to view that piece of film because those comparisons are frighteningly real.

It needs to be done on a more National level so everyone can see what we are getting into.  

As Karen said We badly need to get out NOW. Because before too long it will be too late and there will be no going back!!!

A bunch of biased facts by a parano who has suffered communism.

I used to be a EU basher too until I finally learn the true figures.

I had the occasion to meet politicians on national and european level and I can clearly tell you which ones are by far the most interesting and smartest.

I think you need to stop watching the Youtube self-brainwashing machine and start reading reports instead of opinion books.

Yes its all absolutely correct!  I just wish/hope more people wake up the what is going on. The E.U. is corrupt, and the style of running it has been likened to the old Soviet Union. but, whether through ignorance, apathy or fatalism, many remain indifferent. Our fathers were prepared to defend, with force of arms, our right to live under our own representatives.  Our rulers have made the calculation that we simply don’t care whether we live in an independent country. What does it say about us if they’re right? The EU is a monolithic corrupt bureaucratic EU superstate with directives on everything. I would call that a dictatorship!! We MUST get  OUT NOW!
