Watery tasting coffee

Question

help - we are on our second machine in less than a month. First machine was watery coffee, tried about 20 k-cups and ended up exchanging machine. Second one was perfect for about # weeks and here we go again, watery coffee & tea. We use deer park spring water in it only. I am at a loss. Help. We use the machine everyday.
