these people from a company called click on support rang me at home and where advertising on line support,from there end of the line,they put a free anti virus program on my computer but at the same time stuffed a program on my computer when i called them back about this the next day they wanted credit card details to fix the program charging me a 1 of payment of $90,do you think these guys r a scam or hav u ever heard of people paying for on line support of this type.and becoz they put the free anti virus on my program do you think they now hav full acces to my computer ?????????

  1. Yikes!! not good!

       If they were able to access your computer and install programs remotely, then they have full access to your computer.

       That isn't a good arrangement for you, and it seems like this company is unscrupulous and not to be trusted.


  2. If you paid $90.00 then it isn't a free anti virus program!


  3. Haven't heard of them, wouldn't trust them at all.

    Make sure you get anti-virus programs only from authorized dealers....never ever let some unknown person/company install that kind of program on your computer.

  4. obviously a scam - they infected your computer - try and fix it with a legitimate antivirus program like Symantec / Norton Antivirus and NEVER do anything like that again - also - uninstall and delete the program they installed on your PC
