  4. Take a look at visiting Playa Zipolite, Oaxaca, Southern Mexico, on the Pacific Ocean.

    Very remote.  So remote that it will take you 6 hours to drive to the closest McDonalds.

    You can still rent a palapa right on the beach for $5 to $10 US.

    Great FRESH seafood.

    Laid Back.

    My favorite little place on this small world of ours.

  9. Great, try to go to the archaeological sites such as Teotihuacan, Tulum, Chichen Itza, and beaches like Cancun or Cabo. Mexico is a great place, been there 3 times.
