We bought SA6087/37 for our grandson. He used it about a month and it froze. We did the reset and all it does is flash. We have followed everything in the quick start guide. We have registered it but I longer find my receipt, from Wal-mart. I do have a visa receipt. Do we send it back to you for replacement? It is doing him no good as is and it cost we $119.00 so I would like it able to useit.
