Wear under neoprene drysuit?

im a bit confused.what do you wear under a neoprene drysuit or dont you need to wear anything.

Whatever is appropriate for the conditions. I own a crushed neo dry suit and I'll wear anything from normal shorts and Tee to fleece under wear. Neo dry suits are THE warmest you can wear of all the dry suit types of materials.

Well, it completely depends on the temperature of the water and thickness of the neoprene. Obviously, the thicker the suit and warmer the water, the less insulation one needs underneath. I know a friend who wears street clothes underneath. But there are also much thiner, 1-2 mm, neoprene suits that can be worn underneath. For my Wetsuit i wear a neoprene shirt underneath and neoprene shorts over. Its useful for layering.
