Web browser question... please read below. ?

My links used to be at the top of my web page, on the far right which could be seen by clicking on two little arrows. They are still at the top but instead of it being that you have to click on the arrows to bring the list down, they are now listed above on the top of the screen. Like, on the row below the web address. My question is: how can I move them back? This probably doesn't make any sense but if it does please answer! Thank you!

  1. I think I know what you mean. you need to make sure your toolbar is unlocked. if you're using Internet Explorer, then right-click anywhere on the gray area and uncheck "lock the toolbars." then you should be able to move around your links and such to your liking. hope this helps.
