Ok, heres a tough one, site has to meet these requirements, or else dont post.

Domain name under 8$ ( one time only payment)(keep forever)

option to require to sign up and enter password to access certain pages.

no need for java, c++, c# etc. knowledge.

unlimited pages.

and any disc space.

any1 who gives a site that allows these things or more gets best answer.

All the rest you are asking for is nowadays standard.

But you might sometimes get unlimited disc space then you can't have movies, mp3, zip files etc so what's the point.

The above are very reasonable with it all and they are fast servers.

Plus you get 8 IP addresses, nobody does that.
