Webkinz problem.?

i have a problem with webkinz, i have a jeep and carpet that are stuck in the doorways, but when you try to move it the jeep and carpet dont move, so in other words i cant get my stuff back.

This also happened to my jeep. I filled out this form on http://customerservice.webkinz.com/cs/us... Webkinz and the next day the jeep was back in my dock, they even sent me a email apologizing for the problem.

that happend to my RV too.

go to http://customerservice.webkinz.com/cs/us... and fill it out!! after that my RV was on my dock again and out of the doorway.
