Well first you need a domain name and some webspace, so say your website's url is "www.webpage.com", you would insert your flash object into that page and then have it link to "www.webpage.com/home", home being anything you want as long as it's not the main url or you will just keep going backwards and forwards.

You need to have a good understanding of website design, flash design and have a readily available domain name and server space.

The flash object should be quite easy once you get the hang of using flash mx and inserting into a webpage is also easy, but you have learn the basics first.

Use google, type keywords like, flash webpage, flash intro and web design and you should get some helpful tips and tutorials on how to do it even if you have little experience.
