Wedding Favour - for teens

Question

We have jelly factory beans for children (girls in a heart shaped container, boys with cars...), adults are having lottery tickets and men with cigars....

BUT we have 2 teens (girl 13y/o) and (boy 15y/o) can't think of anything to give them...

The wedding favours aren't expensive - sweets, cigar, lottery ticket...

Weddings abroad (jamaica) in 2wks... so need something light, and easy to pack...

any ideas?

Just get them a movie gift card each.

Then you don't need to know what they like because they can choose what movie they want to go to.

i used to sell wedding favours, the best selling item for girls was a heart shaped soap in the colour of the wedding and in a girly fragrance and for boys was a car shaped soap in a manly fragrance but still in the colour of your wedding. these were popped into organza bags and labelled, the guests loved them. be careful if your doing this now though as some soap makers are not that great.

ive put a link on hear so you can see what i used to do, this heart was strawberry fragrance with white icing in chocolate fragrance. my best seller. haven't got one of the cars.

Lottery ticket is a fantastic idea!

To be honest I think they'd be happy with jelly beans but if you don't want to give them that you could give the girl a nice hair bobble/hair slides (about a £1 from Claires for nice ones) and the boy a football stress reliever (most sports shops for about £1).

What about jelly beans in little paper boxes tied with a ribbon? or mints maybe.

I'm 19 and getting married and personally I think jelly beans are totally cute! especially if you coordinate them with your colors.

I don't even know if they will care much about favors.

How about a gift card for a few music downloads?  Those are cheap and would be very easy to pack.Or a gift card to the movie theater?  And I love the lottery ticket idea...it's great!

There are some really cute tote bags for the girl and some cute items at things remembered.com and they can be sorted by age.

Depending on the boys interests possibly

One of those small 10ml bottles of cologne which cost around £3

Prectrum or something along the musical lines

Golf ball, those squeezy juggling balls

Keyring

Itunes voucher or phone top up

OR some sweets

Girls, again depending on interests

Flavoured lip blam/gloss

Keyring

Mobile phone accessory, charm, cover etc.

Earings, bracelet etc.

OR again some sweet. In Throntons they do those cute pink or red shaped heart chocolates.

If none of these seem suitable just see if you can find ideas from typing things like teenage stocking fillers into google.

why would you give cigars?  i mean what if they dont smoke..thats an awful girft to give...'oh and heres a gift to getting lung cancer'...nice.
