Weekend in Dublin?

Can you recommend any good clubs, bars and restaurants in Dublin ( Ireland ).

- somewhere with a good party atmosphere, trendy, not too pricy..

Hi  Libra. First of all great choice. A weekend in Dublin will leave you breathless. There is so much to do by day and by night.

Tempell bar is fine if you want to be riped off.

Dubliners themselves never go there.

They all hang out in Baggot Street and Leeson Street. The "CRACK"there is ninety.

What ever you do don't ask the cab drivers they are all on commission from the big night clubs.

I am sure you will get plenty of great advice from your Yahoo friends.

Stay away from Temple bar - unless you want ripped off.

Yes it's convenient as there are a lot of bars but they are very expensive.

If your looking to go to the more Irish pubs where you won't be charged an arm or a leg your better to stick to Baggot Street or Leeson Street. Baggot St is pub after pub and not far from St Stephen's Green. You'll get all the party folk and trendy drinkers there too..You don't have to stick to Temple Bar.....It's not authentic as it's set up for the tourists.. So The Irish have no problems ripping you off price wise.

The Mercantile Bar on Dame Street is a great pub with a great atmosphere....

Yep! Dublin, love it. Temple Bar is cool with lots of places to eat and drink. If you fancy a club, try Lillys Bordello, I like it there. If you want to see some beautiful scenery, takea trip to Killiney (spelling) It's just outside Dublin and is really pretty. Goos art gallery, churches in Dublin too. Have fun, the Irish rock.
