Weekend overseas vacation ideas???

Question

I am planning a short vacation for labor day weekend. I want to fly out friday afternoon and come back monday night. I live in Jacksonville, FL so I want to go someplace new. I just got my passport and I am ready to use it. It will just be me and a friend and we are college students so we don't have a lot of money either. Any suggestions??
