Weight Lifting at 15?

I need some help on weight lifting at a young age...I am 15, and i am lifting 5kgs a night 30 times until my arms hurt like h**l. But i am noticing the diffrence on my arms. And i feel stronger. What do i do?

  1. Remember that weight lifting is a sport which has to done under the strict supervision of a trained professional coach. Lifting weights on your own is not only dangerous, but doing it improperly might cause permanent damage to your muscles & perhaps your bones. Please check into a local gym where a coach can provide guidance on the proper way to lift weights & recommend a diet that works well for you.

  3. Keep right on doing what you are doing.  You say you feel stronger and bigger.  That's what you want ain't it?  Seems like you have it down.

    You might get bigger gains if you rested every other day tho.
